Deep learning. Real Results.
Math isn't taught properly in our public schools. Teachers don't understand the material, can't explain concepts or answer questions, and students are chronically confused, stressed, and unprepared for university mathematics. We do math right. We explain every concept in depth (i.e. we show students where the math they're doing comes from, and why it works – not just how to do it) and answer questions before they're asked. Our students develop real, deep, lasting understanding, and head to university confident and primed for success.

Our GMAT Quantitative Section course is taught by Math Done Right founder Simon Capobianco, an award-winning former university instructor and career math-educator who has helped thousands of students learn in ways that they didn't think were possible. He has taught university calculus and linear algebra as a teaching assistant, coordinated a pre-university preparation course for incoming engineering students at U of T St. George, tutored hundreds of math students in both university (U of T, Waterloo, McGill, Western, Harvard, UBC) and taught classes in contest mathematics (AMC, CIMC, Euclid, COMC, Kangaroo). His exam-review sessions for first-year U of T math courses were always packed to the doors (many students stood, or sat on the floor/stairs to hear him lecture) this is what inspired him to start Math Done Right, and bring math instruction that "actually makes sense" (as his students put it) to a broader range of students. His deeper-concept-based approach to teaching math helps students preparing for the GMAT to gain the confidence (and eliminate stress) to maximize their scores while becoming better problem-solvers (something which benefits them in business school, and throughout their careers). His live class format, with plenty of time for Q&A ensures that you come away with real understanding, ready to cruise through the Quant section without having your fingers crossed that certain problem-types won't come up. He is here to help you succeed!
Check out what Simons' students have to say about his teaching:
"Questions that students/I had were answered fully, and the root of the question (why was I having trouble with this) was addressed which was extremely helpful. I certainly learned more about problem solving in that short session, than in most lectures." – CSC165 Student

"Thank you so much for helping me this year, I’ve never had concepts explained to me so comprehensively, and there is actually no way I could’ve passed this course without you!" – MCV4U Student

"You're amazing. You make the material understandable. Thank you." – MAT188 Student

"Please lead my lectures, you do a better job of explaining things than my lecturer :(" – MAT188 Student

"Explains more content in one tutorial than one week of lectures. Extra sessions are so helpful." – MAT188 Student

"I am grateful to have had you as a TA" – MAT186 Student
