Deep learning. Real Results.
Math isn't taught properly in our public schools. Teachers don't understand the material, can't explain concepts or answer questions, and students are chronically confused, stressed, and unprepared for university mathematics. We do math right. We explain every concept in depth (i.e. we show students where the math they're doing comes from, and why it works – not just how to do it) and answer questions before they're asked. Our students develop real, deep, lasting understanding, and head to university confident and primed for success.

Meet the Math Done Right team!

Simon
Simon Capobianco is the founder and head teacher of Math Done Right. An award-winning TA and tutor with over eight years and thousands of hours of teaching experience (high school, university, and contest math) he created MDR in 2019 to help students at both the high school and university level achieve real, deep understanding. When he's not teaching math (these occasions are rare, but they do occur) he enjoys writing poetry and short fiction, playing chess (badly) and spending time with his dogs.

Samridhi
Samridhi Kumar is Math Done Right's head administrator, web-designer, and all-around coordinator/organizational brain. An electronics and communications engineer, she has worked in the fashion, film, and fin-tech industries before joining MDR in 2021. When she isn't making our day-to-day operations possible, she enjoys coding, following the stock market, and making pretentious independent films. She also loves dogs (who doesn't?) and supports local rescue/refuge organizations in her native India.
